To provide a triaxial active control type magnetic bearing device having good assembling property for allowing the insertion of a rotor into a stator after load connection or balance adjustment while suppressing the axial length of the rotor.
The unbalance of magnetic flux density is produced by the superimposition of radial magnetic fluxes Ψy, Ψx which are generated on the axes of the radial control stator 2 in the same direction by a radial winding 1, onto a bias magnetic flux Ψb which is radially generated by a permanent magnet 3, to generate radial-direction biaxial shaft supporting forces Fy, Fx, while the unbalance of magnetic flux density is produced by the superimposition of a thrust magnetic flux Ψz which is generated by a thrust winding 5 to change its direction from one annular portion 4b of the thrust control stator 4 to the cylindrical rotor 7 and the other annular portion 4b, onto a bias magnetic flux Ψb which is generated by a permanent magnet 3 to tend from the annular portions 4b, 4b toward the center of the annular rotor 7, to generate a thrusting-direction uniaxial shaft supporting force Fz.
