To render electrification to every plastic fragment according to the electrifying order by its kind to surely recover the fragments even in a small triboelectrifying vessel.
In a triboelectrifying vessel 11 of a triboelectrifying device 3, an agitating ribbon screw 13 is arranged freely ratably around the axial center and a driving unit for rotating it around the axial center is installed, and on the inner surface of the triboelectrifying vessel 11 and on the surface of the agitating ribbon screw 13, plastic fragment 1 to be separated is coated with resin corresponding to the intermediate position of the triboelectrification order. Therefore, without upsizing the triboelectrifying device 3, sufficient electrification is rendered to the plastic fragment 1 to be separated and the plastic fragment 1 is subjected to electrostatic discharge at an electrostatic separation part G and surely recovered.
