Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve an excellence in pulling operation or return action of a pulling operation member in a trigger switch for an electric power tool having a lock mechanism for two-action operation.SOLUTION: The trigger switch has a pulling operation member 33 that inputs operation into a switch body by being pulled to move and a lock mechanism that restricts or allows the pulling operation of the pulling operation member 33. This lock mechanism has a restriction member 61 turning the state switched between the restriction state for restricting the pulling operation of the pulling operation member 33 and the retraction state for enabling the pulling operation of the pulling operation member 33. The pulling operation member 33 has a housing space S for housing the restriction member 61 in the restriction state when the pulling operation is carried out, where a right side slide contact outer peripheral surface 71 and a left side slide contact outer peripheral surface 75 are provided with a right side convex slide contact part 72 and a left side convex slide contact part 76, respectively, to narrow down a range of contact while sliding with a shape forming a convex toward a slide contact inner peripheral surface 80.
