Abstract:
A waterproof switch (1) of the present invention includes (i) a case component (6) and a cover component (7) which constitute a waterproof case (2) and (ii) an operation section (3). An internal pressure of the waterproof case (2) changes in accordance with the operation section (3) being displaced. The case component (6) includes a case base (8) and an internal pressure adjusting section(s) (9). The case base (8) is made from an inelastic body which does not deform in accordance with a change in internal pressure of the waterproof case (2). The case base (8) has a hole part(s) (8a). The internal pressure adjusting section(s) (9) seals the hole part(s) (8a), is made from an elastic body, and deforms in accordance with the change in internal pressure of the waterproof case (2).
