A trigger 15 of the dispenser B is constituted by a trigger body 18 and a cylindrical elongation cover 19 fitted/fixed to the body. In the elongation cover, an upper part is fitted to an outer periphery of the trigger body, a non-fitted part at a lower part is downwardly extended than a lower end of the trigger body and a retainer means for preventint it from coming off the trigger body is provided.
