Abstract:
To provide a trim chip winding device having gate equipment of such a structure as to get rid of a gap as a space which causes hitching of a part of massive trim chip or remaining of the trim chip between the gate equipment and carriage-out equipment.SOLUTION: A trim chip winding device includes a massive trim chip forming part 3 which forms a massive trim chip 7 by massively winding a series of long and narrow trim chip 1 made of cut width-directional both side end parts of a metal belt, a winding shaft 5 which massively winds the long and narrow trim chip 1 in the massive trim chip forming part 3 and is movable forward and backward, a pressing roller 6 which presses an outer circumference of the massive trim chip 7 wound by the winding shaft 5, a trim chip cutting machine 8 which cuts a series of unwound long and narrow trim chip 1, a swing table 9 which permits swing in up and down direction, the gate equipment which is provided on an outlet 11 of the massive trim chip forming part 3 and opens and closes the outlet 11 by moving a movable gate 12 in up and down direction.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
