Abstract:
PURPOSE: To prevent an irregularity in electrostatic capacity to be formed between a stationary electrode and a movable electrode and to suppress an aging change of the capacity.
CONSTITUTION: A stator 1 slidably connected to a ceramic dielectric plate 3 formed with a movable electrode 4 is formed of a ceramic insulator 1a, and a connecting surface of the stator 1 to the plate 3 is so flatly formed as not to generate a step in a boundary between a stationary electrode 2 and the other part, thereby bringing the stator 1 into close contact with the plate 3.
