Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a trimming apparatus capable of cutting film in a longitudinal direction without making the film become torn.SOLUTION: A trimming apparatus capable of cutting a lengthy film continuously transported in a longitudinal direction comprises: first endless belts provided in a pair; cutters capable of continuously cutting the film in a longitudinal direction; and second endless belts provided in a pair in a width direction of the film in this order. The first endless belts are capable of pinching the film from an upstream point of a cutting point by the cutters to a downstream point of the cutting point by the cutter, and the second endless belts are capable of pinching the film from the upstream point of the cutting point by the cutters to the downstream point of the cutting point by the cutter.
