PURPOSE: To eliminate insertion work of a core metal into a die to be performed at cast molding so as to simplify automation of molding regarding the trip cross bar of a circuit breaker by molding an solid insulating bar of resin and fitting a pawl into the insulating bar and integrating the bar and the pawl together.
CONSTITUTION: A pawl 11 to be fitted into an insulating bar 13 is formed into semi-tubular shape with an angle of circumference 180 degrees by press molding of a steel plate and has protruding pieces 11a formed at its front side right and left ends and a protruding piece 11b formed at its center portion by notching of its rear side right and left ends. The pawl 11 is supported to a side plate 8 in such a manner as capable of turning movement. Thus, the insulating bar is singly resin molded and the pawl is then fixed thereto and so there is no necessity of press fitting the pawl into a die nor inserting a core metal into the die and also casting work is automated.
