The trip planning device 1 includes a terminal equipment 3 and a providing device 4. The equipment 3 and the device 4 can mutually transmit/receive information. A data base part 22 in the device 4 correspondingly stores plural trip information indicating destinations, the number of adopting cases of each trip information in each number of visits or visiting frequency and the validity information of each trip information. An operator inputs an area to be tripped by a customer and a visit degree to be at least one of the number of customer's visits and visiting frequency to the area. A providing side control device 23 selects at least one trip information from all trip information indicating a destination in the area of the trip information and makes a trip plan by using the trip information.
