PURPOSE: To enable a beginner to easily learn ski techniques, to assure safety by supporters and a chair and to enable the beginner to experience the speed sensation and turn of an advanced skier by constituting a steering device for steering a ski board via triple turn coaxial joint parts.

CONSTITUTION: Bindings 7 are fixed to ski boards 2 for triple turn steering ski and ski shoes are mounted at these binders and are used as a substitute for a steering pipe 3. Constituting parts, such as pedestals 11, springs 12 and wire stoppers 21, in addition to triple turn coaxial joint parts 7 and the chair 6, are mounted at the supporters 4 of the rear side. Namely, a steering device designed to steer the ski boards 2 by means of the triple turn coaxial joint parts 1 is constituted. As a result, the beginner is made to be able to easily learn the ski techniques and to be able to experience the speed sensation and turns that the advanced skier experiences by assuring the safety by means of the supporters 4 and the chair 6.
