To provide a tripper dust collector capable of preventing wear damage to a component and having high dust collection efficiency.
Since the tripper dust collector has a dust collecting pipe 4 connected to a dust collector and disposed along an array of hoppers 2, branch pipes 5 projecting to each hopper 2 side from the dust collecting pipe 4, solenoid opening/closing valves 17 disposed in the branch pipes 5, supply pipes 13, 14, 15 disposed in the tripper 1, collecting dust generated at an upper part of the hoppers 2 and supplying the dust toward the branch pipes 5, and a connecting mechanism 16 for connecting the supply pipe 15 for connection, and the branch pipes 5. When the supply pipe 15 for connection is connected to the branch pipes 5 by the connecting mechanism 16, the solenoid opening/closing valves 17 are opened, and the dust collector is operated in this state, the dust generated at the upper part of the hoppers 2 is collected to the dust collecting pipe 4 from the supply pipes 13, 14, 15 through the branch pipes 5. The tripper 1 is moved to the different hopper 2 only by closing the solenoid opening/closing valve 17, stopping the dust collector, and disconnecting the supply pipe 15 for connection and the branch pipe 5 connected by the connecting mechanism 16.
