PURPOSE: To perform running operation coincident with an actual state of running, by eccentrically providing a turning unit in an oscillating state to a vertical in the bottom surface of a car body and arranging forward speed faster while reverse speed slower.

CONSTITUTION: An eccentric unit 5 is secured to a supporting strut 6 protrusively provided to the lower side of a car body in a trochoid car, and a turning unit 3 is provided in a turning state to the periphery of the eccentric unit 5. The oscillating shaft of a driving unit 4 oscillatably provided to the turning unit 3 is connected to a control cylinder 8 through a link rod 7, and the control cylinder 8 is slidably arranged to the outside of the supporting strut 6 and in the upper side of the eccentric unit 5 further connected to a control stick 11. Accordingly, an eccentrically moving amount of the control cylinder 8 operated by the control stick 11 is larger to the forward side and smaller to the reverse side. Consequently, forward speed can be increased and reverse speed can be decreased.
