The trolley conveyer comprises a carrier 52 having a plurality of free trolleys 61-63 travelling on a free rail 51, a stripe-shaped moving body 92 having a plurality of power trolleys 101-104 travelling on a power rail 91 and friction bars 111-113 arranged between the power trolleys 101-104, respectively, a dog 73 provided on the carrier 52, a pusher 131 provided on the stripe-shaped moving body 92 and engaged with or disengaged from the dog 73 freely, and a driving roller 141 arranged to make a frictional engagement with the friction bars 111-113.
