Abstract:

To provide a new tropan analog that binds to a monoamine transporter.

The tropan analog has the formula (wherein, R1is COR3, and α or β; R2is OH or O, and 6- or 7-substituent, with the proviso that when R2is OH, it is α or β; X is NR3or NSO2R3with an N atom of a constituent element of a ring; R3is H, (CH2)nC6H4Y, C6H4Y, CHCH2, a lower alkyl, a lower alkenyl or a lower alkynyl; Ar is a phenyl, naphthyl, anthracenyl, phenanthrenyl or diphenylmethoxy-derivative) of the figure.
