To provide a trouble-shooting system, for industrial equipment, which is of a simple and low-cost constitution and diagnoses a faulty region without installing a sensor anew, in the industrial equipment such as a printing machine equipped with an element to be driven which is driven by a drive source; a means for detecting the rotary fluctuations of the element to be driven or the drive source; and a control means which controls the drive source so as to maintain the rotary fluctuations of the element or the drive source at a specified value by a signal from the means for detecting the rotary fluctuations.
In the trouble-shooting system, a storage means for controlled variables in a normal state of the drive source by the control means and a means for detecting controlled variables which detects the controlled variables for maintaining the rotary fluctuations at a specified value by the control means and alarms a warning when a difference between the controlled variable for maintaining the rotary fluctuation at a specified value and the controlled variable in the normal state stored in the storage means, are provided.
