Abstract:
PURPOSE: To reduce the consumption of fuel for a burner by improving the heating efficiency of combustion heat to molten metal.
CONSTITUTION: The inner surface shape of a heat radiation preventing cover 7 for co≤vering a trough 1 is made to a waving form to the flowing direction of the molten metal 6 and the combustion heat A conducted into the trough for carrying, is swirled, etc., around this waving form. By this method, the heating efficiency of the combustion heat A to the molten metal 6 is improved.
