Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To invariably improve the drain state and reduce opening/closing troubles caused by foreign matters.
SOLUTION: This trough pipe backflow preventing gate is provided with two upper and lower door bodies 3, 4 openable/closable with the horizontal axes serving as fulcrums at the upper section and the lower section of the main river side outlet of a trough pipe. An upper torque arm 6 is fixed to the upper door body 3 rotatably around the upper horizontal axis, a lower torque arm 7 is fixed to the lower door body 4 rotatably around the lower horizontal axis 2, and the upper torque arm 6 and the lower torque arm 7 are connected by an interlocking arm 10 so that the upper door body 3 is opened to the main river side when the lower door body 4 is opened to the main river side. A counterweight 8 can be fixed to the upper door body 3 rotatably around the upper horizontal axis, and a balance weight 9 can be fixed to the lower door body 4 rotatably around the lower horizontal axis 2.
