Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide trousers as a rain apparel having instep covers, capable of being combined with water-proof shoes or normal shoes or the like even on a rainy day or a bad weather day.
CONSTITUTION: The trousers as a rain apparel are equipped with doubled covers for protecting from the rain and covering the foot insteps (2) in front of the bottoms of the trousers (5), and rotatable belts (3) each having a hook button (6) and a Velcro tape (R) stopper are provided thereto.
