To perform a drying process for trousers and skirts without generating wrinkles or the like by constituting a trousers holding utensil which hang-holds trousers by the waist section, by providing a baloon for trousers which expands trousers from the inside and dries them, and detachably attaching a baloon for skirt to the baloon for trousers.
When a drying finish of trousers is performed, cloth stretching plates 8 and 9 are inserted together with a baloon 15 for trousers in the trousers from the waist section, and a trousers holding utensil 7 is fitted. Then, by moving the cloth stretching plate 9 in the direction to be separated from the cloth stretching plate 8 by an air cylinder, the waist section of the trousers is stretched, and the trousers are hung-held. Under this state, a blower is started, and hot air which is fed through a channel is blown out into the baloon 15 for trousers through a cover body 18, and the baloon 15 is expanded and closely joined to the insides of the trousers, and the trousers are dried from the inside. In the meantime, when a skirt is dried, the drying is performed under a state wherein a baloon for skirt is fitted in the baloon 15 for trousers from the lower side.
