Abstract:
To provide a soldering iron tip purifier which does not require separation of solder waste contained in polluted air with a filter.SOLUTION: A soldering iron tip purifier has: a cleaner part which removes solder waste adhered to an iron tip of a soldering iron by air injection; and a vacuum part 3 which sucks polluted air containing the solder waste from the cleaner part and separates the solder waste. The vacuum part 3 has a conical separation chamber 31, and an ejector 34 which makes the separation chamber 31 negative pressure by injecting drive air. The polluted air is sucked into the separation chamber 31, which has been made negative pressure by the ejector 34, from the cleaner part, and is so made as to be swirling flow, whereby the solder waste is separated from the polluted air by action of centrifugal force.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
