Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a running wheel for the truck of a joining device for continuous-rolling equipment, by which the wheel can be safely replaced in a short time without using wheel preventing tool and jack for wheel.
SOLUTION: In the truck for the joining device of the continuous rolling equipment, by which CO2 laser beam welding is performed while holding the rear end part of a preceding sheet bar 16 and the tip part of a succeeding sheet bar 17 by a clamp pad 18, a bogie 8 rotatably supporting the wheel shafts of wheels 11, is freely movable back and forth with respect to a truck saddle 2 having a portal-shaped section and open both ends. On the truck saddle 2, a bogie shaft 6 is horizontally supported in the center part in the height direction in a position opposed to the bogie 8. On the upper part of the bogie 8, a positioning recessed part 8a into which the bogie shaft 6 is inserted, is formed. By a mechanism that the bogie shaft 6 is inserted into the positioning recessed part 8a, the truck saddle 2 is supported by the bogie 8.
