Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a truck that can be easily positioned with respect to an object when connected to the object, while reliably fixing the object and supporting the object in such a manner as to prevent damage to the object, and a method for fixing the object to the truck.SOLUTION: A dolly 5 includes: a caster 21; a support member 2 that can be detachably attached to an object 1; a leg member 3 that has a rolling part capable of horizontally moving the support member 2 in the state of being brought into contact with a floor surface and that is provided in the support member 2; and a lifting/lowering mechanism 6 that is provided in the support member 2 and that lifts the support member 2/lowers the support member 2 until the caster 21 is brought into contact with the floor surface, in the state of bringing the leg member 3 into contact with the floor surface.
