To provide a truss framework member capable of tightly tightening a wooden truss material into a glove joint without causing its loosening and retightening it even when error occurs in the wooden truss material due to changes of temperature and humidity to prevent occurrence of play in a framework.
This truss framework member is composed of the wooden truss material 1, bar-like hardware 2 inserted and fixed in an insertion hole drilled on an end face of the truss material 1, and a joint fitting 3 having two bolts and fixed on the end face of the truss material 1 by screwing the bolt on one side into a female screw hole 9 formed in the bar-like hardware 2 to join the truss material 1 with the glove joint by screwing the bolt on the other side into the glove joint. A plurality of pin holes 6 for driving a drift pin 8 into the truss material 1 are formed by passing through the insertion hole 5 laterally. Pin holes 7 corresponding to the pin holes 6 are formed in the bar-like hardware 2, and the pin hole 7 in the bar-like hardware 2 is formed larger than the pin hole 6 in the truss material.
