To provide a tsunami shelter which is immune to obstacles such as drift wood or rubble even when swallowed up by the muddy stream in earthquake tsunami or the like.

The tsunami shelter is hexagonal-tube-shaped, made of reinforced plastic, has a double structure and comprises a webbing 11 in each corner of an outer hexagon. A metallic cross pipe is provided inside that an evacuee can hold on. The tsunami shelter is not moored by a wire or the like but the shelter per se becomes a drifting object, flows together with rubble or drift wood without being against the current and moves from side to side while rolling by itself, such that the evacuee waits for a rescue in safe drifting while avoiding collision with drifting objects and can reach the land at last.
