Title:
TTL FINDER
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JPS5553320
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

PURPOSE: To obtain the TTL finder which is high in focus accuracy and is difficult to produce clouding by so disposing a split image prism that the split lines appear parallel in the longitudinal direction of the reflecting surface on the imaging surface.

CONSTITUTION: Photographic light enters an objective lens 1, thence it passes through the portions other than the reflecting surface 4 of a prism 3 and is imaged in an image pickup plane 7 by way of a relay lens 6. On the other hand, observation light is reflected by the reflecting face 4 of a prism 4, is further reflected by a reflecting prism 9 and images on a focus glass 11 through a relay lens 10. A split image prism 12 is disposed on the focus glass 11 so that even if the eye 14 is slightly deviated from the optical axis 8 it is made difficult for part of the split image to be shaded. If the small reflecting surfaces 4 are arrayed like the A-A' section, the luminous fluxes between the reflecting surfaces arrive at the image pickup plane 7 and therefore the forcus accuracy is high and images of good quality may be obtain.
