Abstract:

To provide a tube which is given a structure preventing air from coming into the tube by remedying a structural defect of a conventional extrusion tube container that air inside the tube container oxidizes content material.

A tube is integrally molded out of an elastic material, and is capped with a nozzle with which the inner diameter of a hole formed in the front end of a mouth is squeezingly closed by the negative inner pressure of the tube and an external air pressure and reaches to 0 cm. When the body of the tube is pressed to extrude a content material and then returns to its original shape, a space equal in volume to the extruded content material is created inside the tube. At this time, the squeezingly closed nozzle hole prevents external air from coming therein, which brings the created space into air-depleted or vacuum state, thus enables prevention of the oxidization of the content material. When the body of the tube is made of a plastic material, extruding the content material causes the body of the tube to deform into a shape sticking closely to the content material. This gives the tube interior no room for the formation of an air layer, thus provides the same effect of preventing the oxidization of the content material as described above.
