To prevent a content from overflowing from a spout by making a tube body after spouting easy to deform to restore its original shape through a simple structure so that suction force is increased so as keep the content to become easy to be cleared off.
Disclosed is a tube container 1 having: a tube body 2 in which the content is stored; a cylindrical mounting member 3 with a top, to be fitted outside the mouth part 2a of the tube body 2 while a spout 4 is formed therein; an over-cap 5 of a cylindrical shape with a top screwed around the peripheral wall part of the mounting member 3 in a removable manner; and a rigid body ring 6 fitted outside the body part 2b of the tube body 2. At an intermediate part of the body part 2b in the direction of the container's axis O, an annular groove 2d is formed across the whole periphery of the container, while a rigid body ring 6 is fitted into the annular groove 2d.
