To simultaneously perform the cutting of a tube and the chamfering of the tube while the chipping during the chamfering is controlled.

A tube cutting and chamfering tool is provided with a milling cutter 11 for cutting having a cutting tip 11b which is fitted to a fitting part 6a of a main spindle 6 and cuts a steel tube on an outer circumferential part of a body 11a, and a milling cutter 12 for chamfering having a chamfering tip 12b which is fitted to the fitting part 6a of the main spindle 6 concentrically with the milling cutter 11 for cutting, is smaller in diameter than the body 11a, and chamfers a cut end face of the steel tube. A centering location groove 11c is formed on an end face on the side of the milling cutter 12 for chamfering of the body 11a of the milling cutter for cutting, and an end part on the body 11a side of the chamfering tip 12b is stored in the centering location groove 11c to perform the chamfering of the steel tube close to a center part of the chamfering tip 12b, i.e., at a part of high rigidity.
