To provide a tube cutting device including many components constituted to have coaxially positioned holes.

This tube cutting device is provided with a cutting head 21 for supporting an annular cutting member having a cutting edge. A cutting head driving means having first and second eccentric mechanisms projecting from each of first and second shafts is provided and is connected to the cutting head 21. A frame plate 66 is connected to first shaft and second shaft. In the frame plate 66, a through passage 72 is formed. When the cutting edge of the annular member is located at a non-cutting initial position, the through passage 72 and the cutting edge become coaxial. The first and second guide plates 87 and 88 are arranged on both sides opposed to the cutting head 21. The first guide plate 87 is connected to the first and second shafts and the second guide plate 88. A first guide hole 94 is passed through the first guide plate 87 and a second guide hole 96 is passed through the second guide plate 88. The first and second guide holes 94 and 96 become coaxial with the cutting edge when the cutting edge of the annular member is located at the non-cutting initial position.
