Abstract:

To provide a tube expansion metal mold and a tube contraction metal mold that can prevent seizure between a metal mold and a tube due to frictional heat in association with tube expansion and tube contraction processing.SOLUTION: A tube expansion metal mold comprises: a core member (32) comprising a first axial oil flow channel (83) which extends in an axial direction and is directly or indirectly connected to an oil input part (81), and a first radial oil flow channel (84) which is connected to the first axial oil flow channel (83) and extends to an outer peripheral surface; and outer peripheral ring metal molds (34, 51, 53) comprising a second radial oil flow channel (87) which is directly or indirectly connected to the first radial oil flow channel (84) and extends to the outer peripheral surface, and a first circumferential oil flow channel (88) which is provided in the outer peripheral surface and is connected to the second radial oil flow channel (87).SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 29
