To provide a new tube holder for a medical care instrument by which stress by the pulling back of a tube is less at the time of a medical care or a medical treatment work using the medical care instrument, which does not cause a malfunction of the instrument, and in addition, can perform a smooth work, and a medical care unit using the tube holder.
This tube holder 5 is constituted in a manner to hold the medical care instrument 3 comprising a grip part 32 which is held by fingers, and the tube 31 one end of which is connected with the grip part 32, and the other end of which is connected with a control unit 30, and in which a passage 31a for a working medium is furnished. Then, the tube holder 5 is integrally or separately constituted with a holder 4 for a medical care instrument, and is equipped with pinching bars 51 and 51 which pinch the middle of the tube 31, and a driving means 52 which operates the pinching bars 51 and 51 to pinch the tube 31 when the medical care instrument 3 is taken out from the holder 4 for the medical care instrument.
