To provide a superior tube by rationalizing cutting of a roll forming tube provided with a passage partition body.

A method of manufacturing the tube provided with a tube body part constituting the outer enclosure, and the passage partition body partitioning a passage, includes a roll forming process for forming the tube; a cutting process for cutting the tube into predetermined length after the roll forming process; and a brazing process for brazing a local part of the passage partition body to the inner surface of a tube body part after the cutting process. In the cutting process, the tube is provided with a depth of cut, and stress concentration is brought to the depth of cut to cut the tube from the depth of cut as a starting point. The depth of cut is provided only in the tube body part out of the tube body part and the passage partition body, or provided from the tube body part to the local part of the passage partition body.
