To provide a hydraulic molding apparatus capable of performing work from premolding such as bending and crushing up to hydraulic molding using a pair of molding dies.
A tube material molding apparatus includes a premolding table for placing a lower die; an upper lifting mechanism for adjusting an upper die to the lower die and applying a molding load to perform first premolding of a tube material; a C-shaped frame that has a pair of die holding parts and restrains opening of the upper die and lower die in second premolding and hydraulic molding; a C-shaped frame internal lifting mechanism for pressing the upper die and lower die to one of the pair of die holding parts in second premolding to perform second premolding of the tube material; an axial pushing mechanism for applying internal pressure into the tube material in first premolding, second premolding and hydraulic molding; and a die moving mechanism for moving the molding dies between the premolding table and a space held between the pair of die holding parts.
