Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tube for tube heat exchangers preventing the drop of the pressure withstanding strength ( mechanical strength ) in a bent part and a manufacturing method of the same.
SOLUTION: In this manufacturing method of the tube, a projecting part 112c is formed by making part of a band-plate-shaped member plastically flow by squeezing a inserting part 112. Thus, the length L of the inserting part 112 is shortened, but the thickness in the bent part 112a is not thinned because plastically flowing part becomes the projecting part 112c. Then, a problem that the pressure withstanding strength in the bent part 112c drops is solved. The projecting part 112c is formed without coining the inside of the bent part 112a with an acute punch, so an acute dimple is not formed on the inside of the bent part 112a. Then, the concentration of stress to the bent part 112a is prevented, so the generation of crack and rupture by stress concentration is prevented and the drop of the pressure withstanding strength in the bent part 112a is prevented.
