Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tube plate assembly for a double tube which can not only reduce the thickness of the entire assembly but also can early accurately detect the leakage of an inner tube by increasing pressure resistant strength and a method for manufacturing it.
SOLUTION: To manufacture a tube plate assembly of a heat exchanger having a double tube which has a gap 8 between an inner tube 4 and an outer tube 5, a leakage detecting channel 3 is formed at least one of a plate material to become a heating fluid tube plate 1 and a plate material to become a heating fluid tube plate 2. The channel 3 is disposed at the inside, both the materials are connected, the connected materials are molded in semispherical shell state. An inner tube mounting hole 2a is opened so as to make it possible to communicate with the channel 3 at the shell-like plate material, and an outer tube mount 6 is coaxially formed with the hole on the outer periphery of the shell-like material. The formation of the channel 3 may be conducted after the material is molded in the shell state.
