Title:
TUBE PUMP
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP3951647
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tube pump having a simple structure advantageous to be downsized, particularly thinned, which can extend a service life of a pump tube.
SOLUTION: The tube pump 1A includes: a main body 7 having a fitting part 70 where a tube 100 with elasticity is fit; a rotor 8 rotatably disposed to the main body 7; a vibrator 6 disposed so as to abut on the outer peripheral surface of the rotor 8; a thin plate 15 provided along the inner periphery of the tube 100 that is fit to the main body 7; and a roller 10 provided to the rotor 8 and closing by pressure a part of the tube 100 via the thin plate 15. The vibrator 6 is composed by laminating electrodes, piezoelectric elements and a reinforcing plate, and longitudinally vibrates (vertical vibration) with small amplitudes when an AC voltage is applied to the piezoelectric elements. The rotor 8 is subjected to a frictional force (pressing force) from a protruding part 66 when the vibrator 6 is extended, and thus rotated by the repeated frictional forces (pressing forces).
