Synthetic resin is endowed with flexibility in a corrugate shape so as to be formed into a protection tube 2B. A terminal end part of the protection tube 2B is enlarged in diameter so as to be formed into a diameter enlarged part, furthermore, its end part is also enlarged in diameter so as to be formed into a step part 4, and a socket part 3 is thereby formed. The protection tube 2B is then converged, for example, to a rib one step by a nozzle stub 1. Namely, the protection tube 2B is fitted in each tube fit-in hole of the nozzle stub 1 provided with the three fit-in holes 12, and the projected rib 15 of the each tube fit-in hole 12 is engaged with the corrugate shaped trough part of the protection tube 2B. Subsequently, a rubber ring is mounted to each terminal part of a protection tube 2A, it is coated with lubricant so as to be fitted in the socket part 3. Thereby, the engaging pawl 13 of the nozzle stub 1 is then engaged with the step part 4 of the socket part 3 so as to be fixed.
