PURPOSE: To attach/detach the cap of tube toothpaste through one action by pushing up the cap with cam while using a pushup lever, rotating the cap and automatically attaching the cap with the operation of a tensile spring when the pushup lever is released after the toothpaste is pushed out.

CONSTITUTION: Tube toothpaste 2 is held between V-shaped pinch pushout plates 4 and 5, and a pushout port 2-1 is covered with a cap part 8-1 of the cap with cam. When a pushup lever 9 is pulled, the cap part 8-1 is hung up and when the lever is further pulled, the cap part is turned upward. Further, toothpaste 2-2 is pushed out just for suitable quantity by pressing the V-shaped pinch plates 4 and 5 holding the tube toothpaste 2 while being interlocked with the turn. When the pushup lever 9 is released after the toothpaste 2-2 is received on a toothbrush 3, the pushout port 2-1 of the tube toothpaste 2 is covered with the cap part 8-1 by the tensile spring, and the original state is recovered.
