Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide bags which are free from pinholes or leaks, by sealing the border parts between the air pools formed inside the both side faces of the tube and the inner sealed part to the longitudinal direction of the tube by self-adhesion.
CONSTITUTION: The tube forming line 1A is constituted with an extruder 1, a die 2, a puller 5, a corona discharge processor 6, a printer 7 and a winder 8, where a tube 3 goes through each process one by one starting from the extruder 1 and is rolled on the winder 8. Before proceeding to the corona discharge processing, at the start of molding of the tube 3, air in the inner sealed part 13 in the tube 3 is expelled by means of switching operation, etc., of pinch rolls 4a and 4b located after the first pinch roll 4. Pressure acts on the tube 3 placed still due to the tension put on the tube 3 at the time of winding and the contractile power after the molding and self-adhesion arises within the tube 3 around the border parts 12 between the air pools 11 and the inner sealed part 13, and as the result the border parts 12 can be sealed by blocking.
