Abstract:
To solve the problem in which, in the case of directly automatically packaging an injection molded article using a raw fabric plastic sheet, the size of a device can be reduced by using the same standard size device in a bagging step and in a cutting-off step, however, in that case, in a standard size operation of bag width length, an inner which is generally inputted inside of a bag becomes twisted due to the left/right operation, the standard size operation becomes impossible, and in which half surface cutting is extremely difficult and considered impossible, and to achieve cutting-off the top and bottom of the sheet simultaneously since the cut and cutting off operations of cut and cutting-off are done by the same cutter.SOLUTION: By performing a standard size operation by eliminating an inner, a great reduction in size of a device has become possible; however, in a sheet half surface, only a half surface is cut by inputting a cutter knife inside a wrinkle by a wrinkle creation device, and by using the cutter knife and a cut cutting-off device. After packaging of a molded article after that, it is raised by a standard size device, an opening is raised upward by a raising rod after sealing, and a bag is cut-off by the cut cutting-off device.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
