In a tube with a cuff member having a tube 11 and a cuff member fit onto the tube, the cuff member comprises: a flange 12 fixed to the tube 11; a lower cuff 13 overlapping one of the surfaces of the flange and extends into a radiation direction of the flange; and an upper cuff 14 overlapping the other surface of the flange and an outer peripheral surface of the flange. The lower cuff and the upper cuff are composed by porous synthetic resin having continuous pores.
