Abstract:

To provide a tube with internal grooves for a heat pipe having cooling performance, i.e., heat conductivity and a maximum heat transfer capacity increased by optimizing shapes of grooves of the tube with the internal grooves for the heat pipe and the heat pipe.

This tube with internal grooves for the heat pipe used for the heat pipe formed by sealing a hydraulic fluid in a metal tube in which a large number of grooves are formed on the inner peripheral surface thereof. The ratio of the overall cross sectional area of the groove in the tube with the internal grooves to the cross sectional area of the flow passage of the tube with the internal grooves is 0.13 to 0.16, and the ratio of the bottom width of the groove to the maximum inner diameter of the tube with the internal grooves is 0.02 to 0.05.
