PURPOSE: To provide a tubing pump put in pumping action without using a pressure contact roller to a tube and consequently without imparting stress to the tube.

CONSTITUTION: Inside a ring tube 1, a threshold part 3 is formed of a magnetic fluid 3a and a permanent magnet 3b, and openings to be an ink passage inlet 31 and an ink passage outlet 32 are provided in front and in the rear of the threshold part 3. A moving body 2 formed of spherical magnets 2a, 2b is put in the ring tube 1, and rotary magnetic plates 4 with the ring tube 1 held in between are rotated to move the moving body 2 by the ring tube 1.
