To achieve high-load combustion, miniaturize a burner, and suppress the generation of a harmful substance by providing a nozzle for blowing a gas containing oxygen at the other end part of a combustion room while directing the nozzle in the tangential direction of an inner wall surface and by providing a valve for emitting a liquid fuel around it.
In a tubular combustion room 10, one end is opened as the exhaust port of a combustion exhaust gas. And, a long slit is formed at the other end along the direction of a pipe axis. A nozzle 11 for blowing a gas containing oxygen is provided at the slit. The nozzle 11 is provided toward the tangential direction of the inner wall surface of the combustion room 10, and a turning flow is formed in a combustion room due to the blowing of a gas containing oxygen. Also, the nozzle 11 has a flat tip shape and has a reduced opening area, thus blowing the gas containing oxygen speedily. In this manner, simple and stable flame can be formed in a high-speed turning flow, thus achieving high-load combustion. Also, the adjustment range of the amount of combustion is wide, thus miniaturizing a combustion facility.
