Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide a tubular fuse of an externally soldered type, excellent in performance, for which difficulties in production is overcomed, productivity is improved and a cost is reduced.
CONSTITUTION: A base terminal 2 provided at both ends of a fuse case 1 has flat faces at both ends, recessed in a U-shape, and a hole, in which a fuse- element 3 is passed through, protruded longitudinally outside of a fuse. After the fuse-element 3 is passed through into the hole, it is fixed to the U-shaped portion with a lock washer 5, additionally fused and then soldered 4.
