Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tubular heater in which lowering of thermal efficiency can be minimized by reducing adhesion of fried dregs, and the like, and to provide a cooking device including the same.SOLUTION: In a box-shaped oil tank 1, a conveyor 5 is installed substantially horizontally, while being immersed closely to the liquid level of cooking oil 2, and a tubular heater 4 is juxtaposed in parallel with the lower end of a transportation paddle 12, moving toward the upstream side while inverted on the downstream side, in close proximity thereto. The tubular heater 4 is formed of a magnetic metal, and has a substantially tubular structure with one closed end, where an electromagnetic induction coil wound on the outer periphery of a pipe is inserted into a casing, the outline of which has a droplet shape in a cross section perpendicular to the longitudinal direction.
