This tubular member fixing tool 100 is used for fixing an exit-side unit 15 where a tube-side flange 13 is protrusively arranged on an outer peripheral surface to a work table 30 having a flange abutting plate 34a abutting on the tube-side flange 13, and includes a first tool 40 for integrally catching the tube-side flange 13 and the flange abutting plate 34a in the thickness direction, and a second tool 50 fixed to the work table 30 for catching the exit-side unit 15 from both sides toward a direction nearly orthogonal to the catching direction of the first tool 40.
