The tufting mat 1 made of a thermoplastic resin is obtained by implanting pile yarns 3 into a primary base fabric 2 composed of a fabric body made of the thermoplastic resin. In the tufting mat 1, the pile yarns 3 are implanted in a zigzag way by implanting the pile yarns 3 at positions shifted forward and backward to adjacent pile yarn implanting rows.
