Abstract:

To provide a tug airship capable of surely recovering a stratosphere airship in a short time and at a low cost.

The tug airship comprises: a hull 11 in which floating gas is injected, and which has a sufficient strength and is equipped with a propulsion unit 14 of which power source is an internal combustion engine; and a towline 30 for towing the stratosphere staying type stratosphere airship 20. An operator is on board to carry out a catching and towing operation, equipment for catching and towing the stratosphere airship 20 is loaded, and thereby the stratosphere airship 20 is towed.
